I was so glad my sister referred me to colonial Ford. I walked in and was greeted by Glenn who my sister bought cars from over the years. He introduced me to Dell the manager and Sean the General manager a walked in and was greeted by Glenn who my sister bought cars from over the years. I’m 50 years-old and this, by far, was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. I contacted Colonial through its website and Madison called me immediately to let me know someone would be cal experience I’ve had with a dealership. I contacted Colonial through its website and Madison called me immediately to let me know someone would be calling and they could help me after three other local dealers would not. Glenn Smith called after 8pm and I wasn’t able to speak with him until the next morning. By 3pm that day the purchase was complete. Nick in finance got me a better rate than I got on my own and I even bought an extended warranty. I’ll be traveling the extra 30 minutes to Colonial from now on for my service needs and there is no question I will buy my next Ford from them. I’m almost looking for an excuse to buy another vehicle in appreciation for the tremendous service they provided me!! Other dealers were making it difficult and giving me a run around.
