They went the extra mile When we stopped into this lovely new dealership at 6:30 at night, we were immediately greeted by a pleasant gentleman who directed us to a salesman na When we stopped into this lovely new dealership at 6:30 at night, we were immediately greeted by a pleasant gentleman who directed us to a salesman named Glenn. Glenn works hard to keep his customers happy. He found out that we were looking for a Ford Edge with a V6 engine. They didn't have one on the lot, but Glenn and his manager searched to find us the exact car we wanted, down to the color, heated seats, tow package etc. They even stayed past closing time. It took a few days to get the car in from the factory but it was well worth the wait! It's perfect! Glenn kept us in the loop the whole time. This is the first dealership in a long time that I felt really worked hard to earn our business. My husband and I have decided we will definitely go back to them when we trade in our second car in a few years. Thanks so much Glenn and crew! More
