They listened to the customer's needs and wants and price and payment range. They helped her select a vehicle that not only was more than she wanted but tailored the price for her so they could match what her budget could afford without jamming the payments down her throat as we went through at other local dealers. Glenn Smith took his time listened to every question she asked He was totally transparent about price, payment and any concern she had he was able to answer or Had Dell Roderick fully involved answering and they did a great job of making her feel happy and content about her purchase. After I test drove the vehicle and felt a slight vibration Glenn assured me that the service department would balance the tires. A day later I received a call from Glenn informing me that he was replacing 2 of the tires even though the Lincoln only had 9,000 miles because of nails in the tires. After my second time test driving the Lincoln it drove excellent! I love my Lincoln and the service I received from Glenn and the whole dealership. More
