Complete lack of follow I purchased a used car still under factory warranty. It supposedly went through inspection prior to listing for sale. As I was driving it off the lo I purchased a used car still under factory warranty. It supposedly went through inspection prior to listing for sale. As I was driving it off the lot, the check brake pad light came on. I immediately turned around and headed back to the dealership. I informed my sales rep of the issue and she immediately brought it to the attention of the used car sales manager who stated that if the car needed brakes, he would put them in. The car had another issue that I ended up bringing to the maserati dealership to repair under warranty. I had them inspect the brakes while they had the car and sure enough it needs front breaks....they are at about 2MM. I am still waiting on a response to my email as to how your dealership is going to handle the problem. Additionally, I was sold a quality guard supreme plus warranty and when I looked on their website, it states pretty clearly they don't offer coverage on exotic cars. I;m still waiting on a response from the finance manager regarding. Overall, I've been displeased by the lack of follow up. I purchase a lot of cars and so far, I have not been impressed by Infiniti of Gwinnett More
