They are professional at their craft in a world full of "sales clowns" at most other dealerships which translates to a great buying experience. Attentive and welcoming staff but none of that "stalking you around the parking lot" to "claim" you first when you visit the dealership. Nice facility that went through an update recently that is well-laid out and maintained as you would expect from a premium car dealership. Tactfully persistent in follow up and reminders with no pressure at any time. All buying experiences should be like they are at Gwinnett Infiniti. More

I had to come back the very next day for some clips and again the customer service made an impression on me. This time I was dealing with Chris and he was also great!
