Great Buying Experience I recently visited Infiniti of Gwinnett in search of new or used Q50. After having time to browse in the lot I was met by Sean Waters. I explained to Sean what I was looking for and he showed me several options that met my needs. He took the time to do further research and found a well priced demo that had everything that I was looking for. Sean asked the right questions and did not apply any high-pressure sales tactics. Typically the least enjoyable part of purchasing a car is dealing with the Finance guy. In this case, Goran was a pleasure. I was in and out in record time. Additionally, I was driving a rental car and live on the opposite side of town. Sean went above and beyond to assist in returning my rental. I would definitely recommend Sean and the dealership to friends and family and would not hesitate to purchase my next car from Sean. If you are in the market for a new Infiniti just ask for Sean and you won't be disappointed. More

Sean, and Scott Jordan too, made the sale and trade-in negotiation painless, respectful, efficient and straight-up. Goran Cisic was a pleasure to work with too, shooting straight with us and making things crisp, clear and clean in finalizing the purchase transaction and associated administration. Based on our very-positive experience with these folks, and with Infinity of Gwinnett as a whole, we can confidently recommend them with as a team you can trust, and from whom you will be treated in the respectful, friendly, and genuine manner we would all like to have when purchasing a car in a dealership. I shopped around for cars for over a year, very gradually coming to a decision. Given the huge capital consideration and the plethora of options, both in terms of vehicle and dealer, it was both critical an coming to a decision. Given the huge capital consideration and the plethora of options, both in terms of vehicle and dealer, it was both critical and difficult to decide what was important to me as a buyer/consumer and how to value the products and service. After exploring hundreds of combinations of vehicle/dealer online, and test-driving dozens of cars and meeting with dozens of sales reps, I learned to quickly judge professionalism, speed and thoroughness of service, honesty/reliability, and vehicle value. My car search ended with Infiniti of Gwinnett when I found the car I wanted, the price I wanted (optimal price point for the mileage and features), and found that the car, though pre-owned, was in excellent shape or was made so where necessary (minor details) AND I was treated with kindness and respect (e.g., honored appointments, patience with my questions, responsiveness and follow-up, etc) with NO pushiness. I was being "sold to", as you would expect from someone whose livelihood requires it, but in a GREAT way that made the interaction feel natural and comfortable. Lastly, the dealership was clean, well-lit, and had an ambiance of warmth. No sales vultures, no pushy visit from the sales mgr (I had a pleasant visit from the sales mgr), and I was made to feel at home. Even the finance manager, Goran Cisic, was an absolute pleasure, markedly intelligent, and knowledgeable (I am an FP&A Mgr, and I feel like I know a great finance mgr when I meet one). I highly recommend this dealership, the Infiniti product, and the sales rep Sean Waters, who made the entire experience a fantastic one, before, during, and after the purchase (following up with me on any outstanding issues in a timely and friendly manner). Our experience with Infiniti of Gwinnett was great! Sean was amazing to work with. He provided us with all the info we needed to make an informed decision and we couldn't be happier. We specifically came to your location vs dealing with Roswell Infiniti (although the latter is closer for us) because of the initial conversation with Sean. He was kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The deal we were able to get was better than anticipated. A dealer like Infiniti should strive to have employees like Sean, Goran and Scott. We have dealt with Land Rover and Porsche dealers in the past few years and in our opinion, their salesmen have a lot to learn from them. Thanks. Patrick Burns More

Terrence was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was a very large part of why we came back to buy another Infinity. Steve Pennamen was more than helpful, the most straightest salesman I have encountered in shopping around. He was honest and willing to work with you. He clearly was not trying to pull any tricks and allowed for a relaxed and less stressful experience. I was extremely glad to have gotten lucky enough to work with Steve. The dealership on the whole seemed well run and everyone was willing to help us. It was overall a great experience. I'd go back. Goran Cisic was a bit pushy at the end with the various warranties and he lost his cool at the end with an employee and was a bit harsh with me afterwards. That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth as that was the last real interaction. But Steve was great! More
