When I brought my vehicle in my 2019 Santa Fe loaner was there waiting for me. It was the same model vehicle that I brought in for service which I was excited to get since I wanted to test drive one for possible future purchase. My vehicle was ready when promised and I was able to test drive my 2019 loaner for free except of course replenish the gas that I used. Bottom line the whole experience was a win/win for me; the preventive maintenance was done on my Santa Fe in the time promised and I was able to test drive a brand new 2019 Santa Fe for most of the day which I took advantage of.
