Worst Experience In My Life I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Family Hyundai and after purchasing the vehicle late Saturday evening. I took off work Monday to return to I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Family Hyundai and after purchasing the vehicle late Saturday evening. I took off work Monday to return to the dealership because there were some issues with the vehicle. I worked alongside the General Manager Toni Ivanovic, in which he didn't work with me to resolve anything instead he bold face lied about what steps he was taking to assist me with my issue's. However, I spent several hours at the dealership and I didn't get any resolution. So, then I took it a step further and called spoke with Bob another manager that blew me off over the phone. So at this point, I went in again Tuesday and spoke with the District Manager Graham Watson this guy was no better. He basically blew me off as well and told me in so many words I was stuck with the vehicle so deal with it. I have never in my life been so upset and disappointed. I purchased a brand new car from this same dealership in 2010 and referred two of my family members who purchased new cars as well. This is not to mention all the friends and family members I have referred to this dealership. I called Hyundai Consumer Complaint Service and filed a complaint. I will never return to this dealership again. The worst experience ever in life. More
