I was really not looking forward to shopping for a new car, but Greg made it a great experience. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was my best car buying experience so far. Sylvia in financing was pleasant to start with. She’s talkative and personable. Personally, I would have preferred a more efficient process as it took almost 2 hours and I already had financing through an outside source. There was one instance where a charge was dropped in that wasn’t part of my sales agreement. When I pointed it out, the whole tone of the interaction changed and became uncomfortable for the remainder of the time. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, mistakes happen, but her reaction to it and the awkwardness that followed left a bit of a negative impression. More

My recent purchase from Tucson Subaru was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Greg, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer for a question I asked, he would fi purchase experience I have ever had. Greg, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer for a question I asked, he would find the answer for me. No pressure sales, and he explained features of the various vehicles and allowed me to make my decisions on my own. Kevin, the F&I person was just as knowledgeable about the products he offered. Again with no pressure, explaining and answering all my questions and allowing me to make decisions without feeling pressured. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. More
