I had a great sales experience with Greg and appreciate his professionalism. This is my third Hyundai and I’m not likely to drive any other car. The experience with the finance department was not the sam his professionalism. This is my third Hyundai and I’m not likely to drive any other car. The experience with the finance department was not the same as sales, unfortunately. Multiple calls and email (post purchase) were not returned and negatively impacted my experience. Something that could have been resolved with a phone call necessitated me driving 1.5 hours on my day off. I still have unanswered questions but have moved on. The customer service representatives who manage the phones were well-spoken and professional as well. More

I had originally lined up a '21 Kona at another dealer only to find out the weekend I went to pu Had a great & accommodating experience at Dickson. I had originally lined up a '21 Kona at another dealer only to find out the weekend I went to purchase, the dealership sold and was no longer retailing Hyundai, so after time spent negotiating I had no car to purchase!!!! In contacting Dickson City Hyundai I explained my situation and interest in the same '21 Kona present on their lot. I worked with Robert & Greg and from the Covid safety & convenience of my phone negotiated a good deal on a new '21 Kona in a few calls & texts. I only had to come in to sign paper work and of course pick up my new car which i couldnt do till after normal buisness hours. Greg and Anthony from finance stayed an extra 2 hours while waiting on my insurance company to get straightened out on the insurance companies end. If not for the insurance company I would have been in and out in less then 30 minutes!! All in all I'm very satisfied with my car purchasing experience at Dickson City Hyundai. More

Great experience! They were professional and easy to work with. It was worth the trip coming from the southern tier of New York! With that being said if you are coming from NY to buy a car here they handle e with. It was worth the trip coming from the southern tier of New York! With that being said if you are coming from NY to buy a car here they handle everything so you can relax and not have to worry about the logistics of buying a car in PA and bringing it home to NY!
