I had originally lined up a '21 Kona at another dealer only to find out the weekend I went to purchase, the dealership sold and was no longer retailing Hyundai, so after time spent negotiating I had no car to purchase!!!! In contacting Dickson City Hyundai I explained my situation and interest in the same '21 Kona present on their lot. I worked with Robert & Greg and from the Covid safety & convenience of my phone negotiated a good deal on a new '21 Kona in a few calls & texts. I only had to come in to sign paper work and of course pick up my new car which i couldnt do till after normal buisness hours. Greg and Anthony from finance stayed an extra 2 hours while waiting on my insurance company to get straightened out on the insurance companies end. If not for the insurance company I would have been in and out in less then 30 minutes!! All in all I'm very satisfied with my car purchasing experience at Dickson City Hyundai. More

Great experience! They were professional and easy to work with. It was worth the trip coming from the southern tier of New York! With that being said if you are coming from NY to buy a car here they handle e with. It was worth the trip coming from the southern tier of New York! With that being said if you are coming from NY to buy a car here they handle everything so you can relax and not have to worry about the logistics of buying a car in PA and bringing it home to NY! Great first experience with staff except for a pre-appointment glitch in communication. I had scheduled a recall part replacement in my Tuscon and also a PA inspection. When I arrived, after waiting 20 minutes I was told they were out of the replacement part. Had I been alerted to this I would not have postponed my 50 minute drive. They said the reason they did not cancel was that I had scheduled the inspection. They kindly checked and rotated my tires (for a fee) so the trip was worth it in the end. The wait time was a bit longer than I would have expected but I had a good feeling about the team and all were professional and responsive. More
