We knew which trim level of Tiguan we wanted and we were able to test drive, negotiate leasing terms, and pick it up all within a 24-hour period. Greg was so helpful via text/email and ensured we were in good hands with Steve when we came in this past Sunday. Steve took us on a test drive, explained all of the features of the 2019 Tiguan, and worked with us to ensure we landed at an affordable payment. Can't wait to drive this new vehicle and would 100% work with Colonial VW of Medford again in the future. Thank you - Greg & Steve!!! More

Beyond Impressed! My fiancé and I recently purchased a 2019 VW Tiguan at Colonial. We had the pleasure of working with Gregory Cohen as our sales representative. In t My fiancé and I recently purchased a 2019 VW Tiguan at Colonial. We had the pleasure of working with Gregory Cohen as our sales representative. In total, Greg spent about 15 hours with us over the course of four days to support us in purchasing our first family SUV. The experience with Greg was personal, professional, and extremely positive; he took the time to listen to our background, understand our needs, and offer us an unbeatable price that instantly took all other SUVs (Toyata, Mazda & Jeep) off of the market for us. Not to mention he also gave us a very fair trade in price for my 2011 Jeep Compass that was in need of a new transmission. I was impressed with his level of communication (calling/texting to set up future service appointments, registration sticker, etc.) and catered to me when I dropped by to ask additional questions with the vehicle set-up without hesitation. As it was my first time purchasing a new car, he was very patient and did not push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. We will absolutely be back to work with him in the future. It is clear that he has loyal customers based on his level of care and attention to detail. More
