He not only was so friendly, responsive, courteous and kind, he was able to pull through with an unbelievable deal! Very good experience I had visited the dealership after first finding them on the car pricing website truecar.com, and getting in touch with agent Mr. Ralph DelGaudio, who I had visited the dealership after first finding them on the car pricing website truecar.com, and getting in touch with agent Mr. Ralph DelGaudio, who set up my appointment for a test-drive. At the dealership, I was assisted by Mr. Greg Eckert: first with the test drive (two cars), then explaining the features of the different models, then appraising my old Honda Civic, and then through the purchase of the new BMW. He was very professional and courteous. He had good knowledge of the different models, options and pricing, and helped us pick the one that best suited us. As for the financing part, our finance manager Mr. Jan-Michael Blakley found us an interest rate below BMW's standard rate, so thanks to him! Overall it was a pleasant experience buying from these folks. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends. More

We went in for a test drive not expecting the deal to go as smoothly. However, Greg and Vince worked with us on our trade in to ensure we were comfortable with the entire transaction. They were very patient and worked with us past closing hours. We picked up the car the next day with Greg showing us all the features. Greg followed up a couple days later to see how I was enjoying my new car and to provide his support incase I have any questions. Rebecca was vey helpful with the finances explaining all of our options also making the transaction very smooth. In summary, it was a very good experience without all the normal pressures of buying a new car. Thank you Greg and the Flemington BMW team! More

Best car buying experience I have ever had! In every regard the folks that assisted me at Flemington BMW were exceptional. I found them very friendly, offered myself, my wife and daughter water In every regard the folks that assisted me at Flemington BMW were exceptional. I found them very friendly, offered myself, my wife and daughter water the moment we walked in (it was hot outside), provided good information in helping narrow my choices and were not in the least pushy from a sales perspective. Mike let me take out 2 cars for a test drive (and not 30 seconds, each time we were out for close to 10 mins). I owned an existing BMW that I was looking to trade in, but I didn't have the car with me, I was able to provide the VIN by checking my insurance (which they provided a computer for me to access). It was late on a Saturday, so Mike said he would get back to me on Monday. He not only contacted me first thing Monday morning, but provided me with a number of WRITTEN pricing options for the 2 vehicles I drove, taking into account my trade-in without seeing the car. The pricing was very well laid out and completely transparent - I was amazed to see such an open position on pricing a vehicle. It was exceedingly easy to make a decision and I picked up my new BMW, dropping off my trade, that evening. After I had made a decision I worked with Greg, who was also exceedingly responsive, helpful and friendly. Not a single question about the trade-in or any conversation about the value (which I had checked on KBB and thought they were providing a very reasonable number). All in all, literally the best experience I have ever had buying a car - I will absolutely go back to Flemington BMW for my next car. More
