My wife and I were extremely happy with Greg and Moe locating the color of the vehicle and the options she wanted quickly and they made sure we received the five star treatment. Theresa was outstanding locating the color of the vehicle and the options she wanted quickly and they made sure we received the five star treatment. Theresa was outstanding with explaining the features of the 2021 Outback and changes that we should know from our 2018 Outback considering the weather conditions, pouring rain. Theresa commitment to having a more than a satisfied customer was very evident as I had to return with the vehicle to have it pinstriped within a specific time period. She made arrangements for a loaner vehicle and followed up on any issue I discovered with our vehicle. Unfortunately, to some I maybe considered to be a pain in the backside but she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Moe, Greg, and Theresa followed up on our purchase to ensure we had been treated not just as a valued customer but as a friend. More

This dealership is amazing, one of a kind! There is such a positive, professional vibe here. The staff are friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles. They are very intuitive about the buyer experience, able to assist or give space when needed. They have lots of inventory, and the showroom is filled with information about each vehicle and the accessories available (some on display), which was very helpful when I was making a decision on what to add to my new Subaru. Everything from the vehicle specs, the navigation system, the accessories, available finance options and warranties were explained and demonstrated in great detail. It's more than just a sale (as in here's the car, you're on your own figuring it out), it's a new connection, a new member of the Subaru family. It's clear that each person, and department, communicates with each other and works well together to provide an efficient, seamless buying experience where everything is completed and brought together for you.
