My wife and I were extremely happy with Greg and Moe locating the color of the vehicle and the options she wanted quickly and they made sure we received the five star treatment. Theresa was outstanding with explaining the features of the 2021 Outback and changes that we should know from our 2018 Outback considering the weather conditions, pouring rain. Theresa commitment to having a more than a satisfied customer was very evident as I had to return with the vehicle to have it pinstriped within a specific time period. She made arrangements for a loaner vehicle and followed up on any issue I discovered with our vehicle. Unfortunately, to some I maybe considered to be a pain in the backside but she made us feel so comfortable and at ease.
