Left a voicemail for David, manager, about Geroge's tantrum and I have not heard back. They seem to allow their personal politics to disrupt their ability to follow the law and even care about their customers. I will be fully utilizing the remaining services I have paid for, but will be purchasing future vehicles from another dealership and possibly a different manufacturer. 33 and will likely need a work truck for the farm, a larger vehicle for transporting groups of people, and will definitely replace my rav4 with an all electric version after existing coverage/warranties expire. Staff succumbing to what is looking to be a treasonous political movement have most definitely lost the dealership ~150k in sales. I am a non-affiliated/independent politically and just want to not be messed with when receiving services that I paid for. I will be advising friends, family, and co-workers who are looking for a car to avoid royal moore and reconsider Toyota as a whole. More
