Came in with my Camry Hybrid today for a Radiator Grill Shutter error and Engine Light warning. My service advisor was Greg Hoffman. Delightful, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had it figured out a Shutter error and Engine Light warning. My service advisor was Greg Hoffman. Delightful, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had it figured out almost before we got out to the car. Sure enough, something (in this case an unfortunate bird) was blocking the shutter mechanism. He got down and pulled it out, scanned for additional errors, reset the system and I was on my way. 10 minutes total tops. No charge ..... and that's a very good price! Thanks Greg for your thoroughness and Hustle. Made my Day. Paul D. More

I bought my Toyota Prius from Royal Moore Toyota in 2018; great experience. I also have always been very happy with the scheduled maintenance I have received. My car was recently in for extensive wiring d great experience. I also have always been very happy with the scheduled maintenance I have received. My car was recently in for extensive wiring damage under the hood because of rodents. The staff was incredible especially Greg Hoffman who was friendly, efficient and kept up great communication with me and my insurance company. I recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!! More
