When he wasn't available, Shawn would follow up for him to make sure all of my questions were answered. When I finally came in for a test drive, I rode with Greg Holland and he ended up being the sales professional I worked with directly for my purchase. He was super friendly, answered all of my questions and didn't feed me any lines or try to lead me on in any way. Same thing for Jason Hartman who handled all the paperwork with me. He was very helpful and explained everything fully without forcing me into any additional purchases. This was a fantastic team to work with through the entire process. They provided me with multiple options, gave me exactly what I asked for and made me feel as comfortable as possible with the process. Following, we test drove the car, came to an agreement on the pricing, and then just waited for it to be cleaned. With all that process, the sales reps and employees treated us like people, instead of customers. We were another relatable face for them to connect with. We had seen a number of other dealers who just acted like we were another paycheck coming through the door. Upon enter VW North Penn, two sales reps approached us right away and were motivated to help us find the right car right away. This was my first buying experience with my father, yet needless to say I was surprised to say that I felt like I was included in everything. My experience and thoughts were as taken into account as my father’s. I would recommend the North Penn dealerships to anybody looking to get a new car. More
