I've been hooked every since and tonight I just completed the purchase of my 5th VW from North Penn VW. The vehicles have been great over the years and the deals I get are one reason I keep coming back. North Penn VW just loves pleasing people. Not only are sales top notch, but the service department is as well. I've never had to complain about any work done to my vehicles and that's saying something since I generally find something wrong. Each service visit is a pleasant experience. I recommend this dealer to friends/family all the time. If you want a great experience please pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed. More

This was very important to me because most other dealers said"come on down, so we can do our platinum trade appraisal " I knew this was a red flag because they wanted to waste my time and wear me down. I originally dealt with John through email. We negotiated the price of the car to my satisfaction. There was one problem though, the car was black. I hate black, I hate swirl marks, but the price was $500 cheaper than any other dealer. So I asked John if there was anyway he could get a different color. He got back to me asap and was able to get a white 17 gti sport. He honored the original negotiated priced even though the msrp was 500 more. Then we negotiatedo my trade. I know dealers tend to offer auction value, I understand the dealer has to keep making money to keep providing a service. I found out the auction price of my car and asked for a 1000 over. They agreed as long as the car was described well. I then asked John for a price breakdown of all fees itemized, he gave that right away and assured me that there won't be any additional charges for fairy dust or anything. I showed up on Saturday and dealt with Greg. Everything aligned perfectly and Greg went over the entire car. He even suggested a place to eat dealt own the road, which was very good. I then did the paperwork with John. Now hidden xx, just straight forward. Very positive experience More

Jason helped me a great deal with financing my new car and explained all the details about the maintenance, and other details. He was very informative with a smile and a great sense of humor. No haggling or "Let me check on that with my manager" back and forth. I had an offer from another dealer and said if they could beat that then we had a deal. Got a quick yes and I appreciated their valuing my time. Because of the model and option selected I had a long wait for the car to be delivered. When I asked if the wait tended to be toward the front or long end of the quote, Greg was upfront and said usually at the later. Again, I appreciated the honesty and being up front. We kept in touch every four weeks or so. I never felt like I was intruding on them any time I asked for an update or had a question. Response time to every email, call or text was very prompt, usually within a couple hours or better. Taking ownership was again simple and quick. During the time financing was being run/confirmed we reviewed the many features of the car and then I simply had to see Jason for financials. I know that step of the process always reviews the extended warranties and other after market items. Never did I feel pressure from Jason. He explained everything thoroughly and honestly. No questions were too small or too stupid. Frankly if everyone had this experience in buying a vehicle there would never be a stigma and dread of buying a car. Greg, Jason and the entire North Penn VW team earned my respect, trust and business and would recommend them without reservation Thank you K. Flanagan a very happy GTI owner. More
