I briefly emailed back and forth with Shawn regarding a lease I was interested From the minute I walked in the door, I knew I found the right place. I briefly emailed back and forth with Shawn regarding a lease I was interested in and he was quick to get me the information I needed and a more-than-reasonable price. He directed me to Greg Holland whom I met when I arrived at the dealership. Greg was incredibly helpful and patient and did not at all perpetuate the stereotype of your typical car salesman. I never once felt pressured during the entire transaction, which is a huge plus. He took the time to go over every nuance with the car and addressed any concerns I had. Also very knowledgeable with the product, which made me feel at ease. When you ask questions about a car and the salesman doesn't seem to know, it's a little off-putting. Not that way at all with Greg. He knows his stuff! You also get the impression he genuinely cares about his customers and that makes all the difference to me. After we made the deal, he directed me to Jason who went over all of the paperwork, additional services, etc. Very down to earth and did not push or oversell. Took the time to explain everything in exacting detail and, like Greg, very knowledgeable about the services and product. I would absolutely recommend North Penn VW to anyone in the area considering purchasing a VW. They have a customer for life! More

Best Dealership Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look no further! This dealership is absolutely top notch. The customer service was out of this world. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. They got back to me right away and always answered all of my questions. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, but they found me exactly the car I wanted and had it delivered in less than two days. They also gave me the lowest price (by far) !!! They were right upfront with the price instead of making it confusing like other places- where I needed a calculator to add all the fees up to see what I was really paying. Not to mention they gave me $1,000 more for my trade in than the other dealerships were offering me. They made this experience so awesome. I love my new Volkswagon!!!!! If you don't buy your car here you are CRAZY!!! More
