Better experience than other dealers recently I travelled 1 hr 2o min to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I purchased a used Passat and was trading in a used Honda. They were easy to work with over the phone and gave me a very solid "sight unseen" trade offer, contingent on seeing it in person. They made good on their trade offer in person and had everything waiting for me, which was a pleasant surprise. The deal on the car I was purchasing was ok, but not exceptional. It was a CPO and they did most of the work, just to get above the CPO bar, with not much more. They even went as far as replacing two tires new, and then two others from used tires they had in the back room. When I questioned that, I was told that it met the CPO guidelines, and thats all it had to do. (used tires at 6/32) My salesman was a very nice guy and worked with me well. All in all, I left with a solid car, for an OK price but my bank still gave me hassles over the sales price being right at KBB FMV according to them, so I dont think I stole the car by any means. I am going to have to put the two new matching tires on the car from a tire place, just so that they all wear evening and dont cause me any problems going forward so that will cost me an additional $350 as well. More

When he realized we knew most of the details about the car, he simply give us the keys and allowed us to take our own test drive. When we returned 15 minutes later Greg had all of the purchase/lease numbers available. The pricing he gave us was substantially better than what we had received from other dealerships. Greg made the transaction very easy. No make you wait or meet the manager games. The transaction was quick. Greg gave me a brief list of information he needed to complete the transaction. This information took less than 10 minutes to gather and complete. Upon picking up the car, Jason was very good in his review of the options available and did not pressure us to purchase extra cost options. He thoroughly explained the lease details. Greg did an incredible job reviewing all of the features of the car and how to use them. This was much more than I have ever received from any other dealer- ever. I would recommend North Penn VW, Greg and Jason for any VW purchase. More

The thing I really like about North Penn is that they always bend over backwards to find me the best available car for my needs. Greg Holland is our sales rep. He is always available to answer every question, make suggestions, and guide us through the process without any pressure or the usual hassle you get from other dealers. He always tries to match us to the right car without overselling, even making recommendations that we may not have thought of when we started. After all of the e-mails (and multiple visits for test drives), the buying process itself Is a dream. I have found that the team at North Penn consistently provides the best available pricing on the cars we purchase. The trade in values are always better than we get anywhere else. The closing process is quick, efficient, and drama free. Jason Hartman was the finance manager for our most recent purchase, and he and Greg had us in and out with our new car in about an hour. I should also note that the service department is the best in the area. Fast, friendly and informative. I have had several service visits there, and wouldn't go anywhere else. We'll buy our next VW from North Penn. I can't recommend these guys enough. More
