Brought truck in for oil change and family advantage maintenance work. Had my truck for 27 hours and not one advantage item was done. Was assured truck would be cleaned and all taken care of. Truck didn’t even get washed, no air in tires, not even a vacuum. I have 2 vehicles from this store and this happens every time. Worst customer service and all the hype for you to buy with advantage plan and can’t even get the items completed. I’ll take my business elsewhere after lease is over. More

Happy taken care of with no appointment but disappointed that tech claim truck was ready. When I personally checked I found that the new sunvisor had dirty fingerprints and a screw missing. Tech looks like that tech claim truck was ready. When I personally checked I found that the new sunvisor had dirty fingerprints and a screw missing. Tech looks like he tighten it to hard and broken the head off. New screw had to be ordered and I picked it up and had my mechanic install it. Tech should live up to there mistake. More
