From the first walk-through with Jennifer, who took us right to the car I was interested in, explaining the differences and upgrades with ease, to Camren who ultimately took me out on my test drive, everything was perfect. Camren was knowledgable, friendly, accommodating... everything you can ask for in a salesman without being the kind of pushy all car buyers hate! Quickly helped me to narrow down the last few undecided details. He respected the fact that I wanted to check in with other Honda dealers first, but I liked him so much I was happy to give him the last "bite at the apple" when another dealer tried to get my business with a "buy right now" price. I am extremely satisfied with my experience, my first in financing a car, and will continue to use Camren as my salesman as long as he has access to the cars I'm considering. Can't say enough good things!!! Greg was also excellent, and did not employ many of those "stalling" tactics you see from those in the finance department who are trying to get you to settle on an outrageous price. I had respectable, reasonable numbers within minutes, a HUGE plus in my book. So easy to deal with. More

I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and have sent many people there to buy cars. All the terms were fully explained for a complete understanding of the transaction. The car was beautifully presented and operation of the vehicle fully explained the day I picked it up. Both sales Managers, Greg and Greg, were very nice and genuine in their "Thanks" to me. I have a large feeling of Trust in my dealings with Mohawk Honda, My strong sense is that this is their credo and these principles are displayed from the ownership down through the whole organization. Our first car was a 2014 CR-V EX for myself and we just got the 2016 Accord EX for my husband. We were able to work through most of the details with Lindsey over the phone before even coming in. Once we were at the dealership, we took a couple test drives and went home to think about our options over the weekend. By the time we made our decision on that Monday all we had to do was call Lindsey up and let her know which car we decided on. She got right to work and we drove off the lot a few hours later! Johnna helped walk us through all the final paperwork and she was great too! More

I worked with Brian McKenna specifically and could not have asked for a more hassle free, professional and attentive salesman. I didn't feel rushed, which has been the case at other dealerships. Brian went above and beyond by staying late on pickup day to ensure all paperwork was signed and I was settled into my new CR-V SE. Scott Risley and Greg Johnson the General Sales Manager were also involved in my experience and were both very helpful, professional and polite. Lastly, Derick Lahut was a tremendous help assisting me with linking my phone to my new car and teaching me a few fantastic things about the car (like how to upload pictures through the USB drive).
