I was contacted by a manager that didn't seem to know much about the situation and what I was looking for help on. I don't think that I should have told them I was not going to go through with the deal to get them to try and work with me. Was told the car would be ready the next day, then contacted 4 hours before pick-up and was told I had to wait till Monday. I again want to say that Damien Tucker was great! More

Great I truly enjoyed working with every one at Mohawk Honda. My last 3 vehicles were Honda's and I got them at Keeler. My first experience with Keeler wa I truly enjoyed working with every one at Mohawk Honda. My last 3 vehicles were Honda's and I got them at Keeler. My first experience with Keeler was great (Thank you Greg Johnson) but after that just so-so. The sales man that I originally dealt with had gone to work for Mohawk Honda. I continued to go to Keeler since it was close to my home. No more!! I'm sure the extra miles will be well worth it! It's nice to find a dealer that knows what the word "Service" means. I can't even tell you how many times I was asked if I needed any help or if I had been helped while I was there. The answer every time was yes! I look forward to working with the Folks at Mohawk Honda again in the future. More

Great customer service & extremely accommodating I will start out by saying that I was hesitant to go to Mohawk to lease another car due to a family's members negative experience a few years ago. I w I will start out by saying that I was hesitant to go to Mohawk to lease another car due to a family's members negative experience a few years ago. I was actually there with a family member because she was getting service done on her CRV. While we were waiting, my husband and I decided to talk to a salesperson regarding my lease that was coming up within the next couple of months. Mark Ellis approached my husband and began going over our options. When buying my CRV out of the lease wasn't an option, Mark began working with me on the option of leasing another CRV, but this was a little out of budget as well. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of meeting Andy and Greg, who are both part of management, and they were extremely accomodating to us and our family's needs. Greg recommended looking at an Accord which he thought would still be spacious and a great family car and he was right. I left that night with my brand new leased Honda Accord! All three gentlemen were easy going, understanding, and easy to talk to. At no point, did I feel like I was being pressured into something I didn't want or something I could not afford. It is a big change going from an SUV to an Accord but it is an amazing car and it was the best decision for our family. Mohawk Honda did everything they could to get me in a new car that day. I will definitely be back in three years to lease another one! More
