I started out on Saturday, Sepember 8, 2018, expecting to be treated as just another insignificant customer when I arrived at Ganley Honda to return my leased vehicle and attempt another lease. It did not go well. I was dismissed by two Honda dealerships and at that point asked for divine assistance. That is exactly what I got when Charles Scott at Kia met me at the door. Mr. Scott was the angel who helped me navigate the leasing details and helped me lease a Forte Kia. Mr. Scott is the best sales person I have ever had the good fortune to meet. He is extremely knowledgeable on so many topics and I left feeling like I have known this fine gentleman long before today! It was a long day but I have never enjoyed the experience of this sort as much. Everyone at Kia was a joy to meet. They even helped me return my Honda lease with ease and relief. Special thanks to everyone at Kia in North Olmsted but especially to Mr. Scott!

My mother was the first to work with Arnaldo, and she had only but great praise for him. So when it came time to purchase my first dealership car he was the only person my mother told me to visit. I could say that I’m glad I did, no regrets. I was extremely nervous going in and he could tell. He put me at ease and was positive that I will be leaving with a car. It was great, and when they mean they work for you they mean it. They really did go above and beyond to make sure everything work for me and more. I could be more happier and he will be someone I will send anyone that needs a car.

Greated at the door. My sales associate Martial took care of my needs immediately! I felt good about wanting to make a purchase. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision! All of the people I met were great. The finance manager Matt had a great attitude and was extremely helpful on a busy day!
