Dealer has little to no communication skills. Dropped car off had to chase down service rep . Car was promised possibly Saturday. Again no one called had to chase down the dealer. Could have mentioned the car needed breaks from the beginning but no waited till the last minute to ask. The likelihood of me coming back for service or even buying a new car is not going to happen. Very hard to get a hold of when checking on the status of my car. When I leave a message it takes day before anyone calls back. Had to get a hold of upper management to get anywhere. Overall, everything was great. Only issue I had is they must have turned my headlights on for some reason and then turned them off however, I keep it set to auto so when I went out Only issue I had is they must have turned my headlights on for some reason and then turned them off however, I keep it set to auto so when I went out that night I almost had a quick accident because I didn't realize right away they were not on. My suggestion is to set the headlights back to whatever setting they were in when they did there work More

First, my service advisor Matt Melino was great about keeping in communication with me during the 2+ weeks my car was there while they tried to find what was causing the problem. And I sure appreciated keeping in communication with me during the 2+ weeks my car was there while they tried to find what was causing the problem. And I sure appreciated the loaner vehicle during that time! I wish the service techs had done a better job of cleaning up after themselves. However, once that oversight was brought up the Vision president called me himself! They picked the car back up and did a beautiful detailing job and it looks like a brand new car. It seems that Vision really cares about their customers' happiness. More
