Colonial Ford and especially Shayne made buying my new truck an easy process. Unfortunately we both had to deal with Ford Manufacturing delays. It took Ford Manufacturing 8 months to get me my truck. It was a horrible experience from the start till the finish including picking up the vehicle. They added a maintenance plan on the paper work and never even asked me if I wanted it. I did not feel listened to. I felt like a number and a commission. I bought a Jeep and specifically mentioned needing the running boards on. At pick up the running boards were n I felt like a number and a commission. I bought a Jeep and specifically mentioned needing the running boards on. At pick up the running boards were not on and there were some other problems. Fine I was going to come back on Saturday to have them addressed. The Jeep broke down 12 1/2 later. I was asked by Dylan to use my on AAA and advised that the business does not do loaner's. I messaged Dylan the next morning with my concerns and questions and the response was that he was in the office at 8:30. After selling me a vehicle that broke down before I got home there was no more follow through from Dylan until I made a compliant. The service department has been amazing but I would never work with Dylan or the sales department again unless I wanted to be treated as a number More
