I had spine surgery and I’m young woman doing this on my own coming from orlando , Fadhil and Berto were an amazing team they helped me and made sure I felt amazing on what I was getting into(even before I decided I wanted to drive to Lakeland). Fadhil and his customer service was absolutely amazing, he wasn’t there but he sure is included in the process. Because how he spoke to me over the phone and through text it felt very nice like I had a friend not just a sales man he couldn’t be there in the process, but he directed me towards Berto who continued the friendliness of the whole experience. Fadhil was kept inform and kept texting me throughout the whole process to make sure I was comfortable in everything I saw. I couldn’t ask for a better experience at a car dealership than the one I had. I am more than excited to come back to see everyone that helped me. This dealership and these people deserve the absolute best and they really all deserve it because I feel like the worries had about not finding anything I liked was taken off my shoulders and I was helped getting in to something I absolutely love, A brand new Kia with a whole new Kia family added to it. Must give a special mention to Justin de Jesus and Greg Schmidt who were both just brilliant. Also Pedro in finance. Kept me informed of how everything was progressing. Amazing service, non-pushy sales and extremely helpful throughout the sale. Greg even delivered the car to me at home as I was unable to drive and ran through all the features of the car and even set up Kia Access and my Bluetooth for me.
