Vehicle description was a bit vague and somewhat inaccurate on internet (compared to level of detail at brand dealership) and what was relayed to buyer over phone. Made loading extremely difficult and more time consuming than it should have. Unloading at receiving end was simple with 'Raceramps'. Consistency and follow through of verbal communication is key to developing trust with customers. Got to the point I just wanted to leave ASAP. Greg Silvers was exceptionally patient and helpful getting through $$ transfer process. If mailing Titles, always nice to proactively communicate to customer that it has been delivered according to UPS/FEDEX tracking etc...helps close the loop on important documents. More

My buying experience was incredible. I'm from Maryland and I have purchased vehicles from other states before but Kearns went above a beyond with customer service. I called Friday evenin I'm from Maryland and I have purchased vehicles from other states before but Kearns went above a beyond with customer service. I called Friday evening inquiring about a 2014 BMW 650I that was sale. Saturday morning Kearns had me financed and the car was mine. They only ran my credit through two lenders and I was approved. Kearns handled all of the motor vehicle registration paperwork which I received Maryland state inspection hard tags. That's never happened from any other dealership that I purchased from another state. Kearns provided free shipping therefore I was able to use travel funds as part of my down payment. After my purchase carfax showed that Kearns had performed an oil and filter change on the vehicle before it was shipped. That's not happening at any dealership in the US. The vehicle arrived the following Saturday July 4th, in tip top condition. Definitely the nicest 650I for sale in the entire country. I had the strict Maryland state inspection done which the vehicle passed except the aftermarket tint. But no mechanical repairs needed. Can't beat that. In conclusion Kearns is the place to purchase your next vehicle. More
