She listened to me, which is sometimes rare when working with a car salesperson. Greg was also a dream to work with on financing. Honestly, the negotiation and financing was the smoothest I have ever experienced. There is a certain level of customer service one can expect from a Volvo dealership. Ashley and Greg far surpassed all of those expectations. And, did I mention how much I love my new car! More

Johnny was very helpful in our being able to purchase an excellent pre-owned vehicle. He allowed us to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle, so no one could buy it from under us. This was especially helpful because we were coming from out of state to view the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was parked ready for us to test-drive. He Presented straight-forward pricing, was able to answer our questions, and presented a no pressure atmosphere. He did try to get us to finance through the dealership, but he had to try - no worries. Overall, it was a nice experience. More
