I've been trying to reach A sales manager for the better part of the day. I keep receiving calls from Josh telling me to come in. I keep asking Josh to stop calling. Today when I called back a young lady pu part of the day. I keep receiving calls from Josh telling me to come in. I keep asking Josh to stop calling. Today when I called back a young lady put me on "hold" and then I heard her entire conversation with someone else directing her what to do. This conversation included an adorable giggle and a joke about "My bad, upsale, excuse me". Yikes. Press the hold button next time. I just hung up after my second call and a blind transfer to a voicemail. Just remove my number please, thanks. More

Ernie was phenomenal! This was my fourth trip to a dealer. I was bringing my past experiences and thought that Ernie and I would just do a test drive and I would be out the door. Ernie is honest and makes the experience comfortable for you and doesn't force you into anything. He took my concerns into consideration and gave me everything I asked for. If I ever need a new car (I am keeping this one 😉). I am going back to see Ernie. He made my experience an amazing one! Then when I got to Gregg (an extra g for gratitude or good deals). Yesterday I walked into the dealership just to test drive a car. Well, I ended up leaving with a 2019 Ford Explorer Sport. Both Gregg and Doug were amazing.
