I am happy to say that the experience at Ray Catena was quite the opposite! I worked with Greg Giordano on what car i wanted, what features were important to me, and he did the rest. He helped find the car we wanted, we drove it, he explained the process and we closed the deal in 1 hour, including the test drive! I am an experienced buyer, having helped people with over 37 lease deals in the last two years, so i am familiar with residual value, money factors, term clauses, and the other charges that come to bear. Once i got the numbers it was easy to plug it into the program (anyone can get one) and it looked fair. Remember that dealers don't sell cars for nothing, there needs to be a profit. i would recommend Greg and the dealership to others. More
