Joe was great. There was no "bait and switch." There were no hidden fees. He showed us what we wanted in the price range we wanted. He answered all of our quest There was no "bait and switch." He answered all of our questions and never deferred to my husband on any of my questions as guys might often do when talking cars. There were two cars we were interested in, and he didn't push us toward the higher priced one. There was no high pressure. He was actually helping another customer at the same time as us, but we never felt slighted or left hanging, and didn't even know that until we were leaving! Before letting us take the car out for a test drive, he showed us the interior, pointing out all the things we should be looking for, then let us sit in the car and "play" with the features. If he didn't have an answer about some things, he went to his manager and returned with the answer. He addressed all of our concerns. We never felt that we were being misled or had any reason to feel skeptical. In fact, we already gave a couple of people his contact information. When our kids start looking for cars, we will be sending them to Joe and Novak before anywhere else. More

I have purchased over 10 cars in my past and always dread dealerships. We came here based off previous family members purchases. Jerry was amazing. No hard sales. Helped us find what we wanted. Made sure we were happy along the way. Made sure our experience with Jerry was perfect (it definitely was) and Greg in financing was equally as awesome. I have never had or imagined such a great experience when buying a car. Usually by the time it’s done, you’ve lost the enjoyment of a new purchase but man, these guys at Novak crush the competition and go above and beyond on so many levels.
