My 2021 Bmw x5M was stolen on thanksgiving night and I brought it back to BMW of FREEHOLD where I initially purchased the vehicle for repairs. Gregory Itkin handled my car and treated me and the car like brought it back to BMW of FREEHOLD where I initially purchased the vehicle for repairs. Gregory Itkin handled my car and treated me and the car like a rare gem. He personally handled every detail, along with the nightmare that insurance can be and made sure my car was returned to me in both a timely manner and as if it came directly off the showroom floor. He’s polite, pleasant to deal with and an amazing problem solver. Both Greg and BMW of Freehold have my business for life. Thank you again guys! More

This dealership is one of the worst to deal with once you buy a car from them they don’t take your calls at all. I bought a car from them and less than a week the check engine light came on. Now it’s been 30 buy a car from them they don’t take your calls at all. I bought a car from them and less than a week the check engine light came on. Now it’s been 30 days and my temp registration is about to expire I contacted them and they are giving me the run around for that to. This company is well ware that I don’t live close by but yet I’ve had to go back 3 times for various issues. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vechile from this dealership. More

Mark Eustice and Nick Lichaa had gone over and beyond their customer service in providing me with a beautiful new car and taking in my previous vehicle which I had major constant problems with. From the their customer service in providing me with a beautiful new car and taking in my previous vehicle which I had major constant problems with. From the moment of greeting me and just through the whole sales process, they were very professional, comforting, and made me feel as part of their family/friend. They did not at all act like sales people. Mark gained my trust and gave me confidence in the vehicle he was presenting to me. His vehicle knowledge was amazing and was able to answer every question I had. He was very patient with me and made himself always available as I had to wait for about 3 weeks to fix my current vehicle at the time in order to be able to trade it in for the new vehicle. His manager Nick personally called me himself to check up on me and give me updates. These men really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and made sure I wasn’t going to go elsewhere to purchase my car. I felt important and cared for. Russ Gayetsky helped finalized the deal. I love this guy too. He originally helped me with my previous vehicle and has always been helpful throughout the years. Today, I am now a proud owner of the new BMW Convertible M8 2020. I’d like to also thank Tony, Greg, Fernando, and Justine at the Service Department. They all deserve a 5 Star rating too! You guys make a great team! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued assistance and newly found friendship. You guys ARE THE BEST!! I hope you guys get a raise now...
