We took a look at cars that was in my price range and no question of mine was left unanswered. I couldn't get that car that day so about 2 weeks later I decided to come back. I made sure that I asked for Jinny because she left a great impression . Looked at the inventory and she helped us pick the perfect car . Jacob was there to help , I call them the dynamic duo. Now that I picked the car I wanted it was time for paperwork. She helped me through that pesky process. My Grandmother and I was worried that the payments but she came out the interest rate that sealed the deal. I would recommend her to anyone . She knows what she is talking about and isn't afraid to provide you with the best deals possible. Guillermo was great help as well. I am extremely thankful and writing this review to let you guys know that your great work will not go unnoticed ! Thanks To Universal Hyundai I am able to commute back and forth from Tallahassee in a reliable car! More

I wanted to stay in a certain budget because I wasn't prepared to purchase a car. I totaled my car and thus had to make a purchase. I've never owned a Hyundai before, and the salesman helped me buy a higher level car for the lower level price. The whole team addressed every concern I had, and I highly recommend them. Although their first language was clearly Spanish, they addressed me in English because I spoke to them in English. Even after seeing my husband was hispanic, they continued to acknowledge that I was purchasing the car; not my husband and therefore addressed me, not my husband. When I expressed to the sales representative that I didn't want the buying process to take all day, he expedited the process, and I was driving out with my new vehicle in less than 2 hours! More
