Outstanding Customer Service from John Booth I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo from Universal Hyundai. The funny thing was, I had actually gone to the wrong dealership! Having al I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo from Universal Hyundai. The funny thing was, I had actually gone to the wrong dealership! Having already driven to Universal Hyundai, I decided to go in and look at what they had to offer. I was greeted promptly as I entered and soon was introduced to John Booth. John did not have any pressure tactics up his sleeve, he simply asked, "what are you looking for and what color would you like it in?" Upon hearing that , John checked his inventory and we were quickly off to the lot looking for the vehicle. It ended up that the car wasn't on the lot but that did not stop John! He checked the computer system and found the car and said that he could get me the car to me as quickly as possible, if not the same day. I could not be more please with the experience that I received from John, as a quick lunch and some paperwork later, John had the car at the lot ready to go! Great Job! More
