New to this dealer ship, they only offer a shuttle in a 5 miles radius, I think that's awful, Golf mill Ford will drive you home and pick you up, or will come and get your car and drop it off, I guess I was spoiled! prices for scheduled maintaenance are outrageous! Guys its Hyunday not BMW! I shuld have paid more attention when I bought th car! The salesman didn't even recognize me and totally ignored my concerns had nothing to say except shrug his shoulders! I even had my sister buy a car here, This is the same guy that was supposed to get back to me about installing heated seats and never did!

The worse customer service there is. It takes you a minimum 15 phone calls for 5 to 10 minutes each to get to a service agent. I highly suggest you pay higher and go to someplace else. More
