He gave us clear answers to our questions - and not “guesses” - and if he didn’t know an answer, he got clarification quickly and got back to us. I would recommend working with him. However, when it can time to discuss financing, it was not a good experience. The dealership was unwilling to honor the terms (for which we qualified) that were posted not only on their site, but attached to the vehicle we purchased. That was their mistake and broke our trust. Reflects poorly on Honda. Also, there were mistakes in the financial paperwork which could have been an honest error - which at its least concerning can be viewed as simple carelessness. We will give them the benefit of the doubt and say the error made on sale price of the car (in their favor) was unintentional. However, when trust is broken because advertised terms are not honored, it brings the credibility of the dealership into question. More
