I spent hours at Planet Ford Humble going through numerous trucks and test driving, finally finding one I was given a price, I agreed on a price that the sales manager had written on the sales order, numerous trucks and test driving, finally finding one I was given a price, I agreed on a price that the sales manager had written on the sales order, the sales manager and salesman came back and said they didn’t know what price I had signed off on, they then presented me with sales orders with two other prices that were 4 to 5 thousand more, which was not what I had originally agreed to, so I walked out and went to another dealer that was transparent and respectful of my time, intelligence and budget.
