Usual car dealership tactics: drag out the back and forth with the sales manager then rush through things with the financing office when you just want to get out of there. What really irked me is that in the contract, the default is having the add ins included and the financing guy insinuated that it’s standard. Opt out instead of opt in: They read their behavioral economics! Poor ratings are for use of these sales tactics and for the financing guy. Austin is a nice guy though. More
