The load up job service man suckered me into buying a car battery that he told me was different than TrueStart and thats why I was paying 188.00 instead of 50 percent off on another TrueStart battery that I battery that he told me was different than TrueStart and thats why I was paying 188.00 instead of 50 percent off on another TrueStart battery that I had a right to have because my warranty was at 29 months. When I got home, I noticed that they put a TrueStart in after all and even my reciept says TrueStart on it! Why didnt they honor my 50 percent off? It is because the snake said that they were out of Truestart batteries and He was selling me a different battery brand and thats why I was paying 188.00, LIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He also said that he would not charge labor on the final sale because I was sitting there for 4 plus hours. He still charged labor!! LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went for oil change and ask advisor to see if they can check the rattle noise in the form he said díagnosis is 150 I said not yet if they can just do a test drive. I had diferent brands and but test driving I know they won’t tell me the problem but at least they can have some opinion o r comment. A 5 mi test drive they’ve done before at another dealership. He said ok! And at the end They couldn’t. I asked the advisor if they did and said no the diagnosis is 150. So sad they don’t care or at least try to pamper the client More

On Wednesday the 22th of march 2023, I went to the dealership to SEE the price of my brakes for my Toyota Tacoma, the costumer assistant gave me a price for $250 when they brought the car inside they dealership to SEE the price of my brakes for my Toyota Tacoma, the costumer assistant gave me a price for $250 when they brought the car inside they called me to tell me that my rotors weren’t well so I had to change them Which it’d be $500. I told her I can’t afford that price only the price of the rotation which was $18, she said ok no problem, after 10 minutes she called me and told me that I have to pay for them to only INSPECT my car which was $100. She sent me to the manager office and I was talking to the manager which I don’t remember the name but I know he’s Spanish (Venezuelan) since the first word I said he tried to shut me up, he was being very rude and he was giving me a very bad attitude. He told me :”if you don’t pay $100 DOLLARS you won’t take your car with you” he was kidnapping my OWN car just for not paying $100 dollar out of nowhere I told him that’s not fair cause they didn’t fix my brakes and I’m paying $100 for them to not do anything to my car. He challenged me so I had to call the police, they came after 20 min and made him change his mind. I lost almost 2 hours on this problem because of this manager who likes to take advantage of honest people. You all need to do something with the costumer service and also have precautions cause what I think it’s that money wasn’t gonna be for Toyota but their POCKETS. More
