I had a very pleasant experience getting my car serviced at Al Hendrickson. I checked in promptly at 8, and sat in the waiting room to read my book. I was told it would be about an hour...and it was a lit at Al Hendrickson. I checked in promptly at 8, and sat in the waiting room to read my book. I was told it would be about an hour...and it was a little less! Michelle was Great, and Henry helped me out too! She texted me when the car was ready and I was out of there before 9:30! More

They need to learn how to respect customers’ schedules. I was on a time crunch and the person who helped service my car took a lot longer than expected. I was told my car would take one hour and 45 minutes I was on a time crunch and the person who helped service my car took a lot longer than expected. I was told my car would take one hour and 45 minutes. Ended up being 4 hours to only change a battery. I took the car at 7:30am thinking I would be in and out. Wasn’t the case at all. More
