overall experience good. however, I delivered my car for in service one day. I got call back after diagnosis that my car needed to stay overnight & would ready at noon the n however, I delivered my car for in service one day. Noon came & went.AT 1Pm I called & was transferred to service which went straight to voicemail. I left message & have yet to receive a return call. I attempted this process several times.Then I was transferred to Henry's phone twice & left messages that I needed my car back as I had appointments the next day. Finally at 4PM I received call that work was done but when they reinstalled the dashboard three pieces broke. I told them I wanted my car back & would bring it back the following day after my appointment. I arrived the next day at 10AM only to find out only one of the pieces were ready to be installed. To be continued I have appointment this coming Wednesday.Hopefully my problem will be resolved. Also there were cracker crumbs on the driver's side floor. More
