Warranty company advised me since Rachel started another claim instead of using the open claim that CarMax started for the same issue is the reason their not able to approve my claim since the new ticket sh claim instead of using the open claim that CarMax started for the same issue is the reason their not able to approve my claim since the new ticket showing I’m over my miles. I recently had to get my sunroof replaced at Mercedes-Benz of Columbus and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the staff at the service department were extremely friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns about my car. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary waters available. The service department also had a shuttle service available for those who needed to leave their car for an extended period of time. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the service. What impressed me the most was the honesty and transparency of the service department. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or repairs, which I have experienced at other dealerships. Instead, they were upfront about the cost and provided me with options to fit my budget. Overall, I highly recommend the service department at this car dealership. They provide exceptional customer service, have a knowledgeable and friendly staff, and offer efficient and honest service. I will definitely be returning for all of my future car maintenance needs. More

Surprised at how small waiting area was and lack of seating for customers. Also time waiting was unacceptable considering appointment time. Very little inventory on pre-owned vehicle to consider. Had a part replaced on my car, left the dealership and had another error message pop up. Had to take my car back the next day and it has been back in the shop overnight again. The service man said that had another error message pop up. Had to take my car back the next day and it has been back in the shop overnight again. The service man said that he had a problem with his computer last week. This is the second time that I have had to return to the service department because the problem was not corrected. I had waited at least 5 weeks for the part to come in. Love Rchelle and Hailey!!! I am just not used to having things corrected the first time. More
