Sorry this took so long but I really want to say that Mercedes Benz service was great. I bought a car from them about 10 years ago and it is still running. That is why I went back to them. I brought it in to them and no questions were asked. They did the repair the same day and even had to order the part. ALL FOR NO CHARGE!! Everyone was so nice. They offered lunch and even gave me a ride to and from the dealership when they found it was going to take a little longer to fix the issue. The car is used and not even a Mercedes. They said I can bring it to them for all my service needs and I will. My experience was excellent from the start. My license plate did not come on time and they brought me a plate to use until the issue was taken care of. They brought it to me at work. I didn't have to go to them, they came to me!! The gentlemen that brought it was very personable. Now that is service with a smile! I will definitely continue to buy from Mercedes Benz of Columbus and recommend them 100%. More
