Hamad was our salesperson this past Saturday (11/18/24) when we were looking to purchase a SUV. My husband and I initially were not in agreement on vehicle and he patiently addressed both of our concerns, when we were looking to purchase a SUV. I am a single girl who had a terrible experience at another dealership, so I was hesitant and nervous to go through the car buying process again, but Hamad was very understanding and patient with me and guided me each step of the way. He found the exact car I wanted in another town and arranged to have it brought in and even came into work on his day off so that I could get the car as soon as possible! He also spent a lot of time explaining each and every feature of the vehicle with me to ensure I knew how to properly use all the safety & entertainment features.
