Carlos takes the time to carefully walk through the numbers and ensures everything works in the customer’s best interest—no rushing, no confusion. And Sunny seals the deal with his exceptional finance knowledge, even helping me fully understand how to purchase the vehicle under my LLC. This team is professional, patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on the customer experience. I couldn’t recommend Toyota of Braintree—and this team—more highly! My experience at this dealership would have been pleasant if I had asked for a different salesperson. It began with a short test drive. When driving the car home it did not feel safe.
