I couldn't be more disappointed with the purchase experience and particularly the delivery of this new vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership our salesperson was not there. They had to call him to come in, the vehicle was dirty, not prepped for delivery. There was an issue with the car which he said he would look into in the AM since it was late in the evening. Never heard back so 2 weeks later I took it into the service department. Seems the only thing the sales department is interested in is upselling warranty and service contracts. More

First impressions are lasting and Subaru Las Vegas does not disappoint.
