5 stars without a doubt. I called 2 minutes after the dealership opened on a Saturday and Joel picked up immediately. I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie with Joel's assistance, t I called 2 minutes after the dealership opened on a Saturday and Joel picked up immediately. I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie with Joel's assistance, the process could not of gone smoother. While I was working with the Finance expert, Hans, Joel called my insurance company, had my address updated, and my policy changed to reflect the new truck. My overall experience was fantastic. My only complaint is that when we were working with Hans (who was fantastic and easy to work with) on the financing, my father who was with me, had to sit in a doorway to another office. While the rest of the dealership was immaculate, I do think it would be beneficial for finance team be located in a bigger space that can accompany a few more people. More

I bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara here in April and I was so nervous about the process because, I was alone.
