I started my communication with him via email and once I got to the dealership he was very professional. He listened very carefully to the specifications I outlined and even though they didn't have the car in the lot, he didn't try to sell me something else. He worked with me to get the car I wanted in the next shipment. This was worth the wait as the new GLC300 came with the packages I had to have. He kept me informed every step of the way and when I went to pick up my new car, the paperwork with the finance office went very quickly, by far the quickest I've ever been through. I'm very pleased with my overall experience and highly recommend Marc and Knauz Continental Autos. Facility is very clean and welcoming so I will definitely try out the Service department when the time comes for maintenance. More

He is a very genuine person who goes above and beyond to ensure he has met our needs and he is a pleasure to talk to and do business with. Sam Greenberg was great at going over all the new options and features in my new car. He even demostrated the self-parking feature which I would have been afraid to try if I hadn't seen him do it first! Hans Kribbel was very personable and made us feel very welcome as we moved the purchase process. He even came out before we left to congratulate us and pointed out a feature in the trunk that we didn't know we had. Sam even came to my home, twice, to program my garage openers. I have just bought a SL 63 AMG, GLE350 and a few years ago a CL550. In fact,, our...my wife and I experienced such a professional , relaxed, and positive sales approach, that we came back for another Mercedes last week May 2016. This time, for an E350 4matic for me. I am now a 2 Mercedes family, and can honestly say the drive from Crystal Lake to Lake Bluff was well worth it. While there I dropped of our ML 350 for its yearly check up. Mike Dube treated us like family. The Ml came back looking like new and with a clean bill of health. In fact, Mike gave me more information and details on its condition than my family Doctor. He even showed me some things that our ML could do that I was unaware of. Overall this is the place to go for a new car, used car, or service. More
