I purchased a 1 year old Accord Sport that I'm picking up in a couple of days when I get back in town. I have purchased many vehicles from working with everything from dealerships, private owners, Manheim, and wholesale buyers. I feel that I understand the car business and there were no tricks or gimmicks at Paramus Honda, it was a very good experience and they are very concerned with maintaining their great reputation and it shows. Great Experience with sales only I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. Today I purchased my second car from them. Harold was my sales associate and couldn’t have been bet I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. Today I purchased my second car from them. Harold was my sales associate and couldn’t have been better. He was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and perfect. I’d also like to specifically mention Georgia at the front desk. She was attentive and remembered me, my name, and the car I was interested in. Phenomenal. My issues arise with picking up the car. The car was dirty with spots all over, glue, and greasy. When I pointed it out, I was given excuses and had to fight to get them to clean it. (I compared it to the other cars nearby waiting for pickup and how pristine they were. They took it back to clean it. It came back even worse and I had to get them to clean it a second time. The manager was very apologetic and made sure to see the problem through and get us the car cleaned. We got it cleaned and no further issues so far. They were on track for a good review, but the fact they made excuses, it took them 3 tries to give me my car, and my prior experiences with their service department. 2 stars is fair. (Long story short for the service department, I went to get an oil change and had 2 service techs nastily tell off a female coworker and call her sweetie and uncomfortable terms. Bruce Laga the service manager as yet to return my call or reach out). Overall avoid this dealership for service, it’s good for sales, go to mahwah for service. (If it didn’t take 3 tries to get a clean car they would have gotten 4 stars) More

Above and Beyond Harold is patient and kind. He really took the time to help me out and made sure that I was ok. I thought that there was something wrong with my wheel Harold is patient and kind. I thought that there was something wrong with my wheels, but it turns out it was a huge nail stuck in my tire. unfortunately, I would not get an appointment for another few days, but the noise was so loud that I was afraid to drive the car. Harold came out, got down on his hands and knees, and took a look at my wheels and found the problem. All I had to do was stop at a tire shop, they took 10 mins to fix it. Harold, you took a load off of my head that day and I appreciate. More
